Persia began her legal journey with a LLB/BA from the University of Auckland in 2010, focusing on the nuanced areas of employment law, which naturally extends into privacy and human rights. Her career path has been marked by leadership roles such as Acting Head of Legal and General Counsel at the Employers and Manufacturers’ Association (Northern) Inc., and her formative period as a Barrister at Brian Henry’s Chambers, where she deepened her dedication to specialised legal representation.
